I started my journey in the optical industry at 18 as a receptionist for Sterling Optical. Over the past 20 years, I've embraced every role, from receptionist and optician to optometric technician, office manager, operations manager, biller, and tech support. I've worked with industry professionals to help realize their visions with training guides and technical manuals for ABO certification and more!



Billing assistance:

  • Track down any denials, mistakes, or missed billing by letting me sift through your aging insurance reports.
  • Help with billing Medically Necessary contact lens plans.
  • Calling insurances to trouble shoot any unusual claims.

General Admin Tasks:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and all relevant programs.
  • Having spent most of my optical experience as a manager, I have a strong understanding of how a practice functions. I am able to add insight from a corporate and private optician's perspective.
